Fortress Identity and Visa Sign Collaboration Agreement
MIAMI, May 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Biometric solutions expert Fortress Identity has signed a collaboration agreement with Visa Latin America and the Caribbean. Under the terms of the agreement, Fortress Identity will work in collaboration with Visa to provide optional biometric solutions to protect Visa cardholders at every stage, from point-of-sale through online transactions.
Fortress Identity's family of solutions incorporates voice-prints as well as active and passive biometrics and phone codes to establish identity with an exceedingly high degree of certainty.
CEO Alessandro Chiarini says the ultimate objective of this initiative is peace of mind. "We want Visa cardholders to feel absolutely confident that their funds and personal data are safe whenever and wherever they use their Visa cards."

Fortress Identity will also be supporting and collaborating with Visa technology partners, such as YellowPepper, a payment platform provider; NovoPayment, a banking as a service (BaaS) platform company; and HST, a leading EMV vendor.
