En mai 2017, Alessandro Profumo, à la longue carrière de banquier, prenait la tête de Leonardo. Faisant fi du scepticisme initial, il a réussi, en deux ans, à redresser le géant italien de l'aéronautique et de la défense. Il veut à présent accélérer sa croissance, malgré des défis persistants.
