CACI Board Member Michael Daniels Honored at Corporate Directorship 100 Gala

CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) recognized CACI Board member Michael Daniels on June 26 at a Gala in New York City as among the 2019 NACD Directorship 100, a list of the most influential leaders in the boardroom and corporate governance community.

In addition to serving on CACI’s Board of Directors, Mr. Daniels has presided as chairman, and currently sits on the board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the U.S. He has also served with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, as a senior White House advisor on international technology, and as a senior advisor to the National Security Council.

The 2019 NACD Directorship 100 recognizes leading corporate directors, governance experts, policymakers and influencers in several categories. The association evaluates nominees in four key categories: integrity, mature confidence, informed judgment, and high-performance standards. An independent selection committee reviews the nominees’ history of advancing board performance and leading corporate governance practices in accordance with established NACD principles.

According to Mr. Daniels, “I’m honored to be included in NACD’s Directorship 100, as well as to represent CACI and its outstanding legacy of board members, who have included talented innovators, business luminaries, and veteran government leaders.”

CACI Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, said, “This is an important recognition for both Michael Daniels and CACI’s Board of Directors. Michael embodies the culture of good character, ethics, and integrity that guides our company.”
