GigFlex Being Deployed at the 2019 Western & Southern Open
CINCINNATI, Aug. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GigFlex LLC, the industry leader in geo-intelligent scheduling technology, announced today that the Western & Southern (W&S) Open is deploying the GigFlex mobile app to Marshals working at the 2019 ATP/WTA tennis tournament.
GigFlex provides Marshals (who are responsible for player security) with a mobile app that enables them to automatically check in and receive their daily rotations assignments directly on their Apple or Android based smartphone. The app also enables Marshals to receive alerts and notifications, adjust their schedules and communicate directly via the command center. The GigFlex administrator app enables the command center to track the location of each marshal on site and can quickly identify when a post is unmanned, or a Marshal is at a different location that that to which he/she has been assigned.
