Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., Nominates Felicia Norwood To Stand for Election to Its Board of Directors

CHICAGO, Dec. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Hillrom (NYSE: HRC) today announced that its board of directors has nominated Felicia Norwood to stand for election as a director at the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on February 25, 2020. Ms. Norwood's successful election would raise the number of directors to 11.

Prior to joining Anthem, Ms. Norwood served as director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services and previously spent more than 19 years at Aetna serving in a number of senior leadership roles including president of the Mid-America Region and president and CEO of Active Health Management.
