The company acquired the 331 2(nd) Avenue South building in the Gateway District in October of 2018, its second location in Minneapolis after its purchase of the four-story LaSalle Building. Novel renovated it to provide modern and affordable workspaces and this is its latest update to even better serve Minneapolis' business community.
