Arctic Glacier Expands in Indiana with Acquisition of Superior Ice Company in Indianapolis, IN

Arctic Glacier, LLC, a leading producer and distributor of packaged ice products, today announced the acquisition of Superior Ice Company Inc. Linton, IN and Indianapolis, IN. Superior is a market leader in the Indiana marketplace and has built a fantastic reputation for providing a premium quality product along with superior customer service. The acquisition further strengthens Arctic Glacier’s rapidly expanding presence in the Midwest. The transaction represents the 8th acquisition in the last year. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
