        executive positions at leading software providers, including Sage, PROS,
        Inc, and AFS Technologies, Inc.
    --  Mike Davies joins the OptiProERP team as Director of Sales. He brings
        more than two decades of experience helping manufacturing and

        on-premise ERP software solutions. Prior to joining the company, Davies
        held several senior leadership positions with ERP software provider
