Chris Rouland, Mack Treece and David Knight now join Wood on the board, which is expected to expand as new entities and individuals invest in Dispersive's future.

Rouland is co-founder and CEO of Phosphorus Cybersecurity Inc. A 25-year veteran of the information security industry, he is a renowned leader in cybersecurity innovation and disruption. In his career, Rouland has founded and led several multi-million dollar companies including Bastille, the first company to enable enterprise security teams to assess and mitigate the risk associated with the growing Internet of Things, and Endgame, ranked for the last two years as the most valuable venture backed company in Virginia, and new leader in the endpoint security space.

Rouland is a sought-after speaker with appearances at prestigious global security conferences including RSA, Black Hat, and HITB GSEC, and has been featured as a security expert and contributor for national broadcast and print media outlets including CNN, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal. He was also named the Metro Atlanta Chamber's Business Person of the Year in 2011 for his innovation and leadership. Rouland holds more than a dozen patents and a Master's Degree from the Georgia Institute of technology.

Mack Treece is currently COO and CFO at Eos Energy Storage, a utility scale storage manufacturer in New Jersey. Prior to Eos, Mack led Viridity Energy in November 2012 as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations of Viridity, including sales, marketing, operations and finance. Treece has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions, with a specific focus on successfully scaling young companies into dominant market positions.

Previously, Treece was the CEO and co-founder of ConnectFN and was responsible for the overall management and strategic direction Prior to ConnectFN, Treece served as President for Teliris where he led the telepresence provider's Global Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Treece also held several executive positions with increasing responsibility at OBS (formerly Equant). Treece began his career with Bell Atlantic, where he last held the position of Global CFO for Bell Atlantic International Wireless (BAIW) and Senior Vice President for Asia. Treece has lived and worked abroad as part of global organizations for more than 25 years, and holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia and an MBA in International Finance from Widener University.

David Knight serves as Federos's CEO. As CEO, he is responsible for executing the vision of Federos which integrates sales, product management and development, marketing, and customer support to deliver the unified services assurance solution, Assure1, to their customers. Previously, at Motorola, Federos served as Vice President & General Manager of Public Sector Applications, a division of Motorola's Government & Public Safety group with a global customer base. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations for SEI which provided help desk services, sales support, and retail support services globally to customers including McDonald's, Jiffy Lube, Steak 'N Shake, and Dunkin Brands.

Prior to SEI, Knight was Vice President of Corporate Development at Micromuse, a publicly traded network management software provider, where he executed over $200 million in acquisitions and subsequent integrations, developed and strengthened partnerships, and oversaw back-office operations. Knight also held senior financial, sales, and operations positions at Ameritech, and holds a BS in Accounting from Valparaiso University and a Master's in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
