The Tech Tribune ranks XOi Technologies as one of top 10 tech startups in Tennessee

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- XOi Technologies, a cloud-based mobile application that empowers field service contractors to virtually collaborate with an industry-leading online knowledge base and complete more service requests, ranked among Tennessee's best tech startups in a list by The Tech Tribune for the third year in a row.

XOi was founded in 2013 by CEO Aaron Salow and is among Nashville's fastest growing startups. The application XOi Vision facilitates customer service and stakeholder communication by innovating data capture for field service companies in the electrical, mechanical and plumbing industries.

"We wanted to streamline remote field technicians' access to the resources they need while they're working," said Salow. "Vision connects them to a comprehensive library of diagrams, manuals and training content while enabling them to receive real-time remote video support."

In 2019, XOi raised $11 million in Series C funding by PeakSpan Capital with participation from Grotech Ventures, Nashville Capital Network and Vocap Investment Partners.

"We've developed an automated system that ensures the accuracy and visual documentation of each job," Salow said. "This guarantees transparency for customers and up-to-date records for techs, maintaining quality consistency and simplifying jobs. Our ultimate goal was to better customer and tech experiences, and we feel good about achieving that, though we're seeking new ways to improve every day."
