Osmosis.org Releases COVID-19 Music Video
SALT LAKE CITY, April 15, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Osmosis.org, a health education platform empowering over 2 million current and future healthcare professionals with the best learning experience possible, released a music video. Health education companies don't always release cheeky music videos, but when they do, it's to help fight and prevent future pandemics.
"Flatten The Curve, Raise The Line" not only amplifies awareness around what we all need to do to "flatten the curve," but introduces a new concept: "raising the line", which means increasing the capacity of the healthcare system so that even as the epidemic curve rises, we're able to appropriately care for those affected.
Osmosis.org Co-Founder and CEO Shiv Gaglani coined the term and began using the #RaisetheLine hashtag in early March, and it has since been shared and seen by 8 million people.

The song was written by Evan Debevec-McKenney (aka Evan Diem), a senior editor and voice over artist, and self-proclaimed Music Director at Osmosis. While it outlines the role we all have to play in overcoming COVID-19, it also points to a problem that extends beyond the pandemic: the growing shortage of doctors and nurses, and what can be done to solve it. That is at the core of what Osmosis.org is doing: making health education engaging and accessible for far more people than it is today.
