ISO 1C Storage Container

ISO 1C Storage Container is fully suitable for logistic needs. Container is designed for storage, transportation, manipulation and stacking of storaged material. Container is fitted with binding means (fastening straps and multipurpose strips). Container is manufactured in three versions that differ in specific interior layout.

ISO 1C Cooling/Refrigerator Container /Single Chamber/

ISO 1C Cooling/Refrigerator Container is designed to store and transport packaged and unpackaged food, medical material and blood. Precooled and frozen food is stored inside.

Container is manufactured in two modifications.

ISO 1C Quarter Container

ISO 1C Quarter Container is suitable to accommodate 4 men in field conditions. The container manufacturer allows for the optional layout of interior equipment and accessories in connection with various container applications such as commanding and expert activities, workplaces for various levels of commanders, writing service, offices with varying equipment, hygienic isolation of individuals, various aplications in medical services and in a field hospital, in detached workplaces, etc.

ISO 1C Lavatory Container

ISO 1C Lavatory Container is designed to satisfy the basic hygienic needs of individual people when operating in the field. Container is manufactured with various interior facilities and equipment layout. As per customer´s request, the interior faiclities and equipment can be adjusted for only men use, for only women use, for men and women mixed use. Sanitary container can be only toilets, showers, only washbasins, etc.

ISO 1C Catchments Container

ISO 1C Catchments Container is fully equipped to be used to collect waste water from ISO 1C Lavatory Container, ISO 1C Cooker Containers, ISO 1C Dribling Water Reservior Container.

ISO 1C Drinking Water Reservior Container

ISO 1C Dribling Water Reservior Container is fully designed to be filled with drinking water, to transport it and to discharge it. It ensures the delivery of drinking water to the following containers – ISO 1C Cooker Containers, ISO 1C Lavatory Container, etc.

ISO 1C Drinking Water Reservior Container is manufactured also in modification ISO 1C Drinking Water Reservior Container with AQUASAFE water treatment system for CASE when input water is not microbially safe. AQUASAFE system does not negatively affect chemical and sensorial properties of the treated water.

ISO 1C Cooker Containers

ISO 1C Cooker Set consists of two ISO 1C containers connected by means of a connecting taken to form one independent unit. ISO 1C Cooker Containers are designed for the preparation, production and serving of melas, washing the dishes and accessories in field conditions.

ISO 1C Dinning Hall Containers

Dinning Hall consists of two-walled containers (container without side walls) and three-walled containers (container without one side wall). Joining several ISO 1C containers two-walled with ISO 1C container three-walled can create a Dinning Hall of various areas sizes. The dinning room can be connected to the food-serving container from Cooker Set. The room created in this way can aslo be used for various service-related, social or religious meetings, as a cinema, class room, storeroom, dormitory, etc.The so built Dinning room set can also be integrated in field hospitale where is serves as an operating theather, intensive care unit, bedroom, etc.

ISO 1C Special Container

Each modification of container can be executed in several versions differing in the number of doors and windows or inside layout (technological and utility premises).

Various types os special containers with this equipment are used for military purposes and for the stay of armed forces (especially in UN campaigns, humanitarian and peace-keeping missions, securing of certain militar operations during non-military situations and disasters, building of military camps, special armed forces training, etc.).

STOMATOLOGY is placed into (Quarter) ISO 1C CONTAINER that was modified for medical purpose. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain, lighting, heating and air conditioner. Interior medical equipment is intended for stomatological examination and treatment of patient.

ISO 1C Pharmacy Container
PHARMACY is placed into (Quarter) CONTAINER ISO 1C that was modified for medical purpose. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain, lighting, heating and air conditioner. Interior medical equipment is designed for storage and distribution of drugs and medical material to the particular medical workplaces of container field hospital.

ISO 1C X-RAY Workplace Container
X-RAY ROOM is placed into (Quarter) CONTAINER ISO 1C that is modified for medical purpose. X-RAY room is equipped with radiation protection accessories. Equipment of container provides the personnel in and around the container with appropriate protection from radiation. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain, lighting, heating and air conditioner.

ENT (ear, nose and throat) ambulance is placed into (Quarter) CONTAINER ISO 1C that is modified for medical purpose. ENT ambulance is intended for performing of investigation of patient with ear, nose and throat problems. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain, lighting, heating and air conditioner.

ISO 1C Sterilization Room Container
STERILIZATION ROOM is placed into (Quarter) CONTAINER ISO 1C that was modified for medical purpose. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain, lighting, heating and air conditioner. Interior medical equipment enables sterilization of tool used in operating room, pre-operating room, surgery and other hospital workplaces.

ISO 1C Biochemical and Haematology Laboratory Container
BIOCHEMICAL AND HAEMATOLOGY LABORATORY is placed into (Quarter) CONTAINER ISO 1C. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain, lighting, heating and air conditioner. Interior medical equipment enable to perform biochemical and haematological examinations (haematological, coagulative and immunological examinations and urine examinations). Laboratory is also blood bank.

Medium Van Body (SSSK)
Medium Van Body with built-in basic technology is designed for being mounted fast on the TATRA 815 216 WR45 4x4/13T chassis. This unit is suitable to pass through the railway profile according to the Czech standard ČSN 28 0312 with the total running weight. SSSK is fast connected to the cassis by means of bolted joints.

Sandwich Medium Van Body - Trailer (SSSK-P)
Medium Van Body – trailer is designed for building up technological equipment, a power system centre for supplying mobile workshops without any requiremens for electromagnetic compatibility. SSSK-P does not provide collective protection against the effects of poisonous or radioactive substances. Its is used as a trailer to SSSK on the TATRA chassis.

Light Container
The light container is intended for transporting goods which have to be protected against dust and, partly, weather (such as furniture, paper, textile, floor coverings, etc.). The body is assembled from sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core and an uninsulated floor.

Insulated Container (IN category)
The insulated container is intended for transporting goods which have to be protected against weather and transported in a temperature-regulated environment (e.g. bakery products, fruit, vegetables, drinks, paints and varnishes, flowers, etc.). The body is assembled from sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core and an insulated floor.

Cooling Container (FNA category)
The cooling container is intended for transporting goods in a cooling regime with in interior temperature ranging from +12°C to 0°C. The body meets the health and veterinary regulations and temperature standards in accordance with the ATP regulations. The body is assembled from sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core and an insulated floor.

Freezer Container (FRC category)
The freezer container is intended for transporting goods in freezing conditions with an interior temperature ranging from 0°C to -20°C. The body meets the health and veterinary regulations and temperature standards in accordance with the ATP regulations. The body is assembled from sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core and an insulated floor.

Mobile Workshop
Mobile workshop suitable for passenger transport. The body is assembled from sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core and an insulated floor.

Drinks Container
Drinks containers are intended for transporting beverages in crates or casks.

Survival Container
The survival container is intended for use by integrated rescue system units during interventions.

KARBOX s.r.o. realized till May 2007 the batch production of exhaust tubes (for EURO 4 engines) for IVECO (formerly KAROSA) buses. Deliveries of welded steel fuel tanks and exhaust tubes (for EURO 2 and EURO 3 engines) supplied as spare parts for KAROSA buses are realized in piece production.

Sandwich panels manufactured using injection-moulding technology in heavy-duty presses

The cover material of injected sandwich panels is aluminium sheeting (0.8 mm thick) made by Hydroaluminium of Norway, coated on the outer side with white polyester varnish. The panel core is polyurethane freon-free foam produced by BASF, injected into the cavity between the panel covers.

Sandwich panels manufactured using full-area bonding technology in vacuum presses
The cover material of full-area bonded sandwich panels is polyester glass laminate, treated with a white gelcoat (RAL 9016) on the outer side. The panel core is made of polyurethane freon-free foam boards of volumetric weight 30 to 50 kg/m³. The sandwich panels are self-supporting.

The laminate cover is acceptable for indirect contact with food.
