Seven Generations Energy Reports Director Election Voting Results

Seven Generations Energy Ltd. reports director election voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 5, 2020 (the “Meeting”), as set forth in the table below. All of the proposed nominees were elected to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are duly elected or appointed.

As previously announced, director Dale Hohm did not stand for re-election at the Meeting. Mr. Hohm played a key role in the evolution of Seven Generations and the company thanks him for his many contributions and years of service.
