After More Than 30 Years of Service, Management Board Member Caroll H. Neubauer Retires from B. Braun
BETHLEHEM, Pa., June 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Supervisory Board of B. Braun SE today announced that Caroll H. Neubauer will retire at the end of August 2020 after thirty-two years of distinguished service to B. Braun, including twenty-nine years serving on the Management Board of the B. Braun Group.
Neubauer began his career with B. Braun in 1988 as Legal Assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board, and in 1991 was appointed to the Management Board and as General Counsel for the B. Braun Group. Neubauer led B. Braun's operations in North America since 1996, overseeing the organization's steady growth from $247 million in annual revenue to more than $2 billion with over 8,000 employees in 2019. B. Braun SE and Executive Director of B. Braun of America Inc. until August 31, 2020. Dr. Dubacher joined B. Braun in August 2019 as President, B. Braun Medical Inc., and became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of B. Braun Medical Inc. on January 1, 2020.
