(OTCQB: NTRB), a Nevada Corporation has announced that the application for its 'AVERSA' Trademark in relation to its abuse deterrent technology and lead product candidate has passed the examination and third party opposition phase and the company expects to receive a notice of allowance in due time.
Previously named Defent, AVERSA(TM) abuse deterrent transdermal technology incorporates aversive agents to prevent the Abuse, DiVERsion, MiSuse and Accidental exposure of drugs with abuse potential such as opioids. Nutriband's goal is to improve the safety profile of abusable transdermal drugs, specifically fentanyl, through applying its AVERSA technology and pushing to improve the safety profile of transdermal drugs in the opioid space.
