As an audit services partner, he specializes in providing assurance and business consulting services for start-ups to companies with annual revenues of $1 billion.

Tolleson has deep experience helping clients with complex accounting matters including: international financial reporting standards, purchase accounting, complex debt and equity accounting, preparing financial models and projections, budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, and other financial analysis.

Through his unique understanding of the nuanced issues executives face, Tolleson serves as an advisor to organizations in need of impactful solutions to complex challenges and opportunities.
