Classic Recreations has invested a significant amount of time and manpower evaluating and designing an off-road vehicle that could meet the demands of a modern driver, both on and off road.

"In our business, timing is everything, so we have been studying the Bronco and classic 4x4 off-road market for several years," said Founder and VP of Design and Engineering Jason Engel. "We took the time to see what needs aren't being met from a consumer standpoint. Now, with the introduction of the Roadster Shop chassis, which is unmatched in design and engineering, and Ford's reentry with their late model Bronco, the timing is perfect for us to introduce our one-of-a-kind Bronco."

Classic Recreations chose the Roadster Shop RS4 Ford Bronco chassis due to its unparalleled engineering and design. Unlike chassis offered by other manufacturers, years of research and development were invested in this chassis to ensure it was geometrically correct while allowing it to achieve optimal performance. The chassis features beefy 5-inch x 2.5-inch .188 wall frame rails, which adds a significant amount of strength compared to the standard version. Eliminating the need for a body lift, Roadster Shop increased the ride height for a more aggressive stance.

Under the hood is a powerful, fuel-injected Ford Performance Gen 3 5.0L Coyote crate engine that produces over 460 horsepower before included modifications. Additionally, the Bronco offering features a Vaporworx fuel pump and a BeCool aluminum crossflow radiator with two electric cooling fans. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an automatic transmission with a best-in-class 4x4 Atlas Transfer Case, providing a reliable four-wheel off-road experience. This transfer case also allows the vehicle to be flat towed. The Bronco ensures it’s angry roar is heard through a custom mandrel-bent exhaust and stainless steel MagnaFlow muffler.

The Classic Recreations Ford Bronco features Fox Racing 2.5 Factory Race Series coilovers tuned with RS-specific valving, offering the best of ride quality, for both on and off-road performance. Handling is knocked out of the park with RS Fast Link 1.75” front & rear 4-bars with X-axis sealed bearing assemblies, RS Billet Sway Bar Arm Upgrade, front and rear as well as an upgraded Currie Rock Jock High Pinion Dana 44 front and 60 rear axle. To stabilize the suspension, Classic Recreations went with the Fox ATS Steering Stabilizer Kit and Fox Factory 2.0 Bump Stop Kit to prevent harsh bottoming out.

Keeping this off-road rig on the ground are BFGoodrich KO2 All-Terrain tires mounted on American Racing wheels. Stopping power is provided via Roadster Shop 6-piston upgraded brakes; cross drilled with vented rotors.

The interior of Classic Recreations Ford Bronco is no afterthought considering what is under the hood. The custom TMI seats are designed to provide both a stylish, comfortable ride while on the road and stability while navigating difficult off-road obstacles. For maximum entertainment and to ensure your soundtrack is heard over the aggressive roar of the exhaust, the Bronco restomod is outfitted with a Focal FPX 5.1200 5-channel AMP, Focal Access Series speakers and Focal Flax Subwoofer with a ported box.

The Bronco’s exterior is bathed in spec-chosen paint that accentuates the lines of Classic Recreations’ immaculate bodywork. Available in a full range of standard and custom colors, the vehicle mixes the best of modern technology with the legendary look and feel of early model Broncos. For enthusiasts that want a customized look, there are several accessory upgrade options available.

Unlike other builders, Classic Recreations vehicles are a unique blend of history and innovation wrapped into one. Each vehicle is custom-built to the client’s preferences and can host a wide variety of aftermarket upgrades to make the vehicle truly unique.

Pricing for a full custom restoration starts at $224,900. For sales and more information, contact Classic Recreations at (877) 235-3266 or visit classic-recreations.com.
