Knightscope, Inc., a developer of advanced physical security technologies focused on enhancing U.S. security operations, today announced the commencement of its offering of up to $40 million of Class A common stock, with shares to be listed immediately following closing on the Nasdaq Global Market (“NASDAQ”) under the ticker symbol “KSCP.” The offering is for up to 4 million shares priced at $10 per share.
