L'Allemagne débloque des investissements record pour son armée dès 2022
L'Allemagne a confirmé vouloir dépenser dès 2022 des sommes record pour son armée, sur fond de guerre en Ukraine, afin d'atteindre les 2% du PIB préconisés par l'Otan "dans les prochaines années", selon un projet de budget dévoilé lundi.
