Acoustique sous-marine: Leonardo cède sa part dans la coentreprise AAC à Thales
Le géant italien de l'aéronautique et de la défense Leonardo a annoncé mardi la cession au groupe français d'équipements de défense Thales de la participation de 50% qu'il détient dans leur coentreprise commune Advanced Acoustic Concepts (AAC), spécialisée dans l'acoustique sous-marine.
Un accord définitif en ce sens a été signé...
