China, Russia agree nuclear war must 'never be unleashed': declaration
Russia and China agree that nuclear war must "never" take place, according to a declaration signed by President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping on Tuesday.
"There can be no winners in a nuclear war, and it must never be unleashed," said the declaration.
