Toshiba se dit favorable à son rachat par un consortium japonais pour 14 mds EUR
Toshiba s'est déclaré jeudi favorable à une offre d'un consortium japonais proposant de racheter l'ancien fleuron industriel et technologique nippon pour près de 2.000 milliards de yens, soit environ 14 milliards d'euros aux taux de change actuels.
Le conseil d'administration de Toshiba n'est cependant pas allé jusqu'à recommander cette offre...
