Défense: la Norvège compte atteindre l'objectif Otan de 2% cette année
Confrontée à un voisin russe "plus dangereux et plus imprévisible", la Norvège va atteindre cette année l'objectif de 2% du PIB en dépenses militaires, fixé par l'Otan, soit deux ans plus tôt que prévu, a annoncé son Premier ministre.
