MIC, seeks to accommodate the needs and requirements of Saudi Arabia’s military sectors, on the basis of the following six primary strategic premises: Recruiting, developing and retaining a national work force - Preserving MIC factories and plants and working to develop and sustain them continuously - Accommodating the various needs through development, manufacturing, assembly and supply - Achieving integration among MIC, the military sectors and government agencies - Cooperating with private sector entities, internally and externally, especially in the field of joint manufacturing - Endorsing scientific research and industrial innovation, while utilizing the latest industrial and IT technologies.

MIC's mission is to actively develop its military factories to accommodate advanced military manufacturing, in order to satisfy the needs of the military sector and to contribute to developing the nation’s military base through technology transfer. MIC also seeks to enhancing the strategic clout of Saudi Arabia, attracting Saudi youth to the industrial sector and developing renovation centers.
