Gaza: la justice administrative déboute Amnesty qui réclamait la suspension des ventes d'armes françaises à Israël
Le tribunal administratif de Paris a rejeté samedi une requête déposée par Amnesty International qui souhaitait obtenir en urgence la suspension des livraisons françaises d'armes à destination d'Israël, en raison du conflit à Gaza.
Le juge des référés s'est déclaré incompétent et a donc débouté les requérants, selon sa décision...
