Boeing reaches deal to avoid Ethiopian Airlines crash trial: plaintiffs' lawyer
Boeing has reached a last-minute settlement to avoid a jury trial over the fatal 2019 crash of an Ethiopian Airlines 737 MAX plane, a law firm representing plaintiffs said on Monday.
The Chicago trial was due to start on Monday but the cases of two plaintiffs were "settled" on Sunday...
