Le constructeur naval taïwanais CSBC Corp a annoncé mercredi avoir démarré les essais en mer du premier sous-marin de fabrication locale, au moment où Taïwan cherche à muscler ses moyens militaires pour faire face à une hypothétique invasion chinoise.
