Otan: Rutte se réjouit du "bond en avant" dans les dépenses de défense
Les pays de l'Otan vont faire "un bond en avant" en consacrant au moins 5% de leur Produit intérieur brut (PIB) à leurs dépenses de sécurité, y compris l'Espagne qui n'en a pas été exemptée, a affirmé le secrétaire général de l'Otan Mark Rutte lundi à La Haye.
