ORACLE RED BULL RACING AND ROKT UNVEIL ALL-FEMALE TEAM FOR BRITISH F4 ESPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP

History-Making Team Set to Break Barriers and Drive Change in Sim Racing

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Oracle Red Bull Racing and Rokt, the leading ecommerce technology company using machine learning and AI to make transactions more relevant to each shopper, today announced the launch of first ever all-female team competing in the Motorsport UK British F4 Esports Championship and, its feeder series, UK FF1600 Esports Cup this September -- a milestone moment in their shared commitment to advancing diversity and inclusivity in sim racing.

The team was selected following a rigorous series of trials on the iRacing simulator platform, which drew some of the world's most talented female sim racers. Six drivers were ultimately chosen, including two standout talents from Rokt's pioneering Rokt the Rig program, an initiative developed in partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing and utilising the EA Sports F1 game to scout and nurture women in esports and motorsport.

Racing under the banner of Rokt Red Bull Racing Esports Team will be:

-- Paige Daughenbaugh (United States)
-- Annemarie DePasquale (United States)
-- Rebecca Morrell (United Kingdom)
-- Diana Perez (Spain)
-- Mia Rose (Australia)
-- Isabel Sneddon (United States)

Prior to racing for the team, the drivers recently underwent intensive training during a week-long bootcamp at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes, which included a bespoke gym session with the team's personal trainer, and coaching from 2-time iRacing World Champion Sebastian Job.

Julia George, Director of Partnerships at Red Bull Technology Group said: "The aim of the Rokt the Rig programme, is to provide female esports talent with the opportunity to develop and hone their skills in a professional, competitive setting. We're incredibly proud to be partnering with Rokt to give wings to this group of talented women. Their commitment and dedication has been evident in preparation for the British F4 Esports Championship and we can't wait to see how they get on in the opening round this week."

"At Rokt, we believe inclusion fuels performance, and this all-female team shows what's possible when opportunity meets talent," said Elizabeth Buchanan, Chief Commercial Officer at Rokt. "Through initiatives like Rokt the Rig and now this first-ever all-women team, we are creating clear pathways for female talent to compete and thrive at the highest levels. Our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing goes beyond performance: driving change, breaking barriers, and fostering the next generation of leaders across sport, technology and business."
