ALTIMETERS

3 inch Counter Drum Pointer Altimeter - Model LUN 1120

Pressure-sensitive altimeters (ALT) are aircraft instruments indicating the flight altitude or height on the basic of measuring barometric pressure, changing with the altitude. The counter-pointer display is actuated by high stability beryllium capsule. A built-in vibrator minimizes friction and optimizes accuracy. The instrument is intended for measuring and indicating altitude or height between –1,000 and 65,000 ft according to the model. In accordance with the intended use and model the altimeter is also supplied with an encoder with an ICAO output and serial output compatible with main GPS and autopilot suppliers. Electrical output of the barometric scale is also available.  Altimeter is offered to comply with customer’s specification and is mounted for easy servicing. .

3 inch Altimeter - Model LUN 1128

Pressure – sensitive altimeters (ALT) are for use on aircraft to indicate the height above a reference point, generally meaning sea level, assuming standard conditions of temperature and pressure. The altimeters measure the existing barometric pressure. Since atmospheric pressure varies with altitude, this pressure is indicated on the dial in feet of altitude. The altimeters may be manually adjusted to variances in barometric pressure. Temperature is compensated for by a bimetallic element. Altimeter is offered to comply with customer’s specifications (see model designation) and is mounted for easy servicing.

Cabin Altimeter - Model LUN 1130

The cabin altimeter with internal lighting and a differential pressure indicator is intended to measure simultaneously both the pressure altitude and the differential pressure in a pressurised cabin of an aeroplane in relation to the ambient environment. The altitude range is between 0 and 50,000 ft and the differential pressure range is between -1.6 and +5.6 psi.

AIRSPEED INSTRUMENTS

3 inch Airspeed Indicator - Model LUN 1106

The airspeed indicators (ASI) are intended for use on an aircraft to indicate the speed relative to the air at sea level and are used at any other altitude to indicate the equivalent speed corresponding to the actual force of the air. When properly connected to an airspeed tube, mounted so as to be in undisturbed air, the airspeed indicator measures the differential pressure developed between the pitot and static opening. This pressure is indicated in units of airspeed (mph, knots, kph).

3 inch Airspeed Indicator - Model LUN 1107

The airspeed indicators (ASI) are intended for use on an aircraft to indicate the speed relative to the air at sea level with a maximum airspeed of 400 kilometers per hour and are used at any other altitude to indicate the equivalent speed corresponding to the actual force of the air. One major function indicates the danger of stalling. When properly connected to an airspeed tube, mounted so as to be in undisturbed air, the airspeed indicator measures the differential pressure developed between the pitot and static opening. This pressure is indicated in units of airspeed (mph, knots, kph).

3 inch Airspeed Indicator - Model LUN 1116

The airspeed indicators (ASI) are intended for use on an aircraft to indicate the speed relative to the air at sea level and are used at any other altitude to indicate the equivalent speed corresponding to the actual force of the air. When properly connected to an airspeed tube, mounted so as to be in undisturbed air, the airspeed indicator measures the differential pressure developed between the pitot and static opening. This pressure is indicated in units of airspeed (mph, knots, kph).

Airspeed Indicator and Machmeter - Model LUN 1170

The instrument is intended for measuring indicated airspeed in aircraft (thick pointer) between 50 and 600 knots and true airspeed (thin pointer) between 50 and 600 knots. In addition, the instrument measures Mach number values between 0.5 and 0.9 M at altitudes between 0 and 15 km. On reaching 0.81 ± 0.01 M, with the airspeed increasing, and on reaching 197, 167.5 and 143 knots respectively, with the airspeed decreasing, individual electrical circuits close, triggering warning devices. This instrument may be produced in models differing by case design, speed ranges, warning device actuating speeds and measuring units as specified by the customer.

PRESSURE INDICATORS & SWITCHES

Dual Pressure Gauge 2x6 MPa - Model LUN 1446

Flight instrument designed to measure gas pressure (air, nitrogen) or hydraulic fluids in aircraft.  It can be situated on the interior surface of the fuselage or on the control panel. On the dial both pressure gauges have their own scales with the maximum pressure in the upper part and the zero value in the lower part of the instrument.

Dual Pressure Gauge  2x25 MPa - Model LUN 1449

Flight instrument designed to measure gas pressure (air, nitrogen) or hydraulic fluids in aircraft.  It can be situated on the interior surface of the fuselage or on the control panel. On the dial both pressure gauges have their own scales with the maximum pressure in the upper part and the zero value in the lower part of the instrument.

Differential Pressure Signaller - Model LUN 1491

The differential pressure signaller is a manometric membrane instrument with a quick-break switch that signals when pressure differential nominal value is reached. The pressure differential is the difference of pressure values entering the signaller. The signaller is designed for use in the aircraft to signal a pressure differential in connection with most aeronautical fuels and oils.

Pressure Switch - Model LUN 1492

The pressure switch connected to a pneumatic or hydraulic system is used to switch on/off, or to switch electrical circuits through a manometric element that controls a quick-break switch. As a working media one can use all kinds of aeronautical fuels and oils and other fluids, which are not more corrosive than water, and all gases that are not more corrosive than air (e.g. nitrogen). Pressure switches are divided into two groups according to the case design and into a few subgroups by operation range, adjustment tolerance, difference and max. pressure. The operating pressure is between 0.01 and 29.0 MPa.

GYROSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS

3 inch Electric Attitude Gyros - Model LUN 1241

The rugged 3-inch Electric Attitude Gyro (indicator) is a direct reading instrument indicating pitch and roll (bank) attitude. Its operational range is through 360° both in pitch and roll. There is a field of controlled precession at pitch attitudes exceeding ±70°. The primary display component is a spherical surface with a scale providing for pitch attitude indication within ±20°. On reaching this limit a window in the display surface opens and a digital pitch angle presentation is displayed up to a value of ±70°. The roll attitude is indicated on a roll attitude scale up to ±90°. The display corresponds with viewing the earth’s surface from an aircraft. The attitude gyro is provided with a caging gear, with an aircraft symbol (with position adjustable between +10° and –7° of pitch attitude) and with visual malfunction indication. All instruments are offered to comply with customer’s specification and are mounted for easy servicing.

3 inch Turn Indicator - Model LUN 1216

Turn indicator is an instrument measuring an angular velocity within ±3°/s of aircraft vertical axis which corresponds to parameters of the turn performed at speed of 350 km/h at the bank of 45°. Turn indicator incorporates a liquid level indicating a slip during turn. Reaching of gyro’s operating speed is indicated by covering of OFF sign at turn indicator dial. The deflection greater than corresponding to an angular velocity of ±4°/s is limited by a dead stop.

Electric Attitude Gyros - Model LUN 1205

Flight instrument indicating the position of the aircraft in relation to the horizontal plane, viz. gradient and bank of the aircraft.  During flight it provides a substitute for the natural horizon. It also acts as a transmitter for other equipment of the angle of bank and pitch.  The pitch indication is shown by means of a transverse clinometer with a ball in the lower part of the face of the instrument.  The instrument signals the non-operative state of the gyromotor by means of a red flag. It gives a signal when reaching a transverse bank of  32 in flight and 15 during climb and approach.
