Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited - MIDHANI, is a Public Sector enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence. Conceived of by eminent metallurgists, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) was set up to fulfil the need for India's industrialisation and self-reliance in hi-tech special metals and alloys and became essential for meaningful growth in the Space, Atomic Energy, Aeronautical, Steel and Hydro-electric power & Defence sectors.
