Remote Observation Surveillance System The Next Generation in Unattended Imaging Sensors

The newest addition to Seraphim Optronics' suite of Unattended Ground Covert Imaging Surveillance solutions, ROSS is a technological breakthrough due to its compactness, energy efficiency, survivability and inclusion of today's most advanced communications systems.
The ROSS is a wireless All-in-one system providing full communication flexibility (onboard WiFi, Cellular, Wired, and Satellite-optional), remote controlled day&night surveillance, onboard VMD, GPS and Compass and is ideal for short and long duration missions, due to its outstanding Size Weight and Power (SWaP) performance.



Unattended Gap Filler All-in-one Autonomous all weather detection& surveillance system

The RAPHAEL incorporates Seraphim's MUGI\ROSS with a Tactical staring RADAR and delivers an all-in-one Autonomous all weather detection & surveillance system , providing RADAR human\vehicle detection at 1 \ 2Km accordingly, all this with no necessary infrastructure- Raphael has Wireless communication(WiFi, 3G,LAN) and Solar\Battery Powered.

The system can be controlled from Seraphim's C4I suite or integrates into customers' C4I.


Mini Unattended Ground Imager for Persistent Covert Surveillance

Mini Unattended Ground Imaging sensor - is a fully operational system built to supply the ground forces with a real-time persistent covert surveillance. Unlike UAV the MUGI can remain in the area of interest for months, performing intelligence gathering 24/7 from a hidden spot using its IR Imager or its CCD camera sending live video streams to the C4I center thus enabling the operator to get a full situational awareness.

The MUGI was specially designed to be camouflaged for quick deployment of the system in special operations, setting a technical ambush or an observation point in denied areas, where the system needs to remain disguised. The MUGI can be connected to other, small, UGS (Unattended Ground Sensors) creating a net of concealed sensors for missions such as breach sealing or gap filling in the border control or force protection.

Remote Video Transmitter

The Remote Video Transmitter (RVT) is a lightweight, ruggedized, "All in One" video router and transmitter that includes internal energy for 30 hours, and various communication options for tactical use. As a portable router, the RVT enchances the capabilities of the MUGI, Chameleon or any other video source, by enabling the tactical forces to take the C2 station with them anywhere they go, with no need for external power source. As a transmitter, the RVT can be connected to any video source enchancing its capabilities by making it a totally wireless device. Furthermore, the RVT has an internal Video Motion Detector (VMD) that can upgrade any common fixed camera into an intelligent wireless warning system.The RVT can become a Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) controller for any video source that will be connected to it. The RVT has an internal Wi-Fi and cellular communication and an option to connect to a BGAN. 

Wake Up Radio Module (WRM)

The Wake Up Radio Module (WRM) is an innovative product, which was designed and produced by Seraphim. The WRM is used to wake-up the MUGI when it is in sleep mode, and thus achieve longer operation time of the MUGI system and electronic silence between times of operations. The WRM, is a control radio link between the C&C unit and the MUGI system. The WRM uses addressable data packets with error checking, packet acknowledgements and retransmissions to achieve a reliable wireless data link. The "WRM transmitter" is part of the C&C unit. The "WRM receiver" is a small separate unit connected to the MUGI Surveillance unit by a cable.
