Aerotechnica

Aerotechnica was founded in 1991 in Kiev, Ukraine, by a group of scientists from the Kiev Air Defence Higher Engineering Radio Technical School.

Aerotechnica is specialising in the development and manufacturing of advanced radar data collection and processing systems for civil and defence markets ranging from modernised Surface-To-Air Missile systems, sophisticated command posts for all types of armed forces to data recorders and simulators. The combination of decades of experience, modern technologies and world-recognised international standards has resulted in wide range of Aerotechnica products for both Military and Civil Air Traffic Management industry.

Aerotechnica held a successful integration of civil air traffic control system with the military, aimed to create unified information management system for the state. Automated ATC system was unified and integrated with the system for collecting, processing and transmission of radar data developed for the needs of the Ukrainian Air Force Such an approach ensures a permanent exchange on air situation data between command posts and civilian defence units ATC centres, which allowed to safe resource of expensive military radars and improve safety. 

The quality of production is confirmed by the international certificate ISO 9001:2009, which allowed the company to penetrate foreign markets, as with military goods, as well as with products for air traffic control system.
