Etihad Ship Building (ESB)

Etihad Ship Building, LLC, is a joint venture created in 2010 by fincantieri, Al Fattan Shipyard Industry (the owner of a shipyard in Abu Dhabi) and Melara Middle East. Etihad Ship Building, LLC operates mostly as a prime contractor or subcontractor for the refitting and maintenance of naval units operating in the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman area, and is increasing its range of activities with the sale and production of different types of vessels (i.e. patrol vessels).
