NB Mechanika UAB was founded in 2015, after reorganization of Vilniaus Vingio Mechanika UAB.  The company currently has 57 employees. Vilniaus Vingio Mechanika UAB was established in 2005 after reorganization of machinery manufacturing complex Maga and tools and equipment manufacturing unit of Vilniaus Vingis AB into an independent company.

Founded in 1959, Vilniaus Vingis AB was one of the largest manufacturers of electronic components in Europe at the time. The company had 450 employees.
