PTC INDUSTRIES LIMITED is the first foundry in India who have started manufacturing Titanium Casting for defence and aerospace requirement. The Company started as a small scale industry in 1963 (named as Precision Tools & Castings Private Limited), and has evolved into an internationally acclaimed foundry. PTC was amongst the first investment casting foundry in India. When PTC started its operations, Indian foundries had no standing in USA and Europe, and South Korean companies dominated the castings market. Over the years, PTC has grown to become a leading supplier of castings solutions, machined components and fabricated parts to many of the world's most reputed companies.

PTC manufacturing process enables Castings to be produced of High Integrity and it can deliver Radiography Level 1 which can meet most demanding application for defence equipment & platforms.

Today, PTC has 2 foundries, 2 CNC machine shops and 1 heavy engineering / fabrication facitlity in India, manufacturing castings using Replicast, Rapidcast, Investment Casting (Lost Wax), Shell Moulding and Centrifugal Casting processes in either as cast or finish machined condition. It meets the requirements of a wide variety of user industries, spanning Valves and Pumps, Power Generation, Pulverizing and Crushing, Mining and Earth Moving and Rail and River Transport.

PTC offers a wide range of materials which include Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Creep Resistant Steel, Heat Resistant Steel, Nickel Based Alloys, Cobalt Based Alloys, Austenitic Ductile Iron, Nickel Aluminium Bronze, etc.

PTC employs over 1,000 people and exports to major European countries & USA since 1986.

Quality Standards

PTC ensures desired quality by conducting in-depth testing and inspection based on customer requirements and international standards. A series of inspection tests and inspections are scrupulously carried out at every stage: beginning with raw material, through manufacture, finishing and dispatch.

Destructive and Non-Destructive tests that are carried out include: Tensile Testing, Impact Testing, Wet Analysis, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Magna Flux Crack Detection, Pressure Testing, and others.
