Children's Institute Celebrates The Holidays With Thousands Of Los Angeles Children & Families At 24th Annual Winter Family Festival
Who: Children's Institute What: Children's Institute will host its 24th Annual Winter Family Festival for more than 2,500 local children and their families this Saturday, December 8. The event will include holiday entertainment, storytelling, arts and crafts, cookie decorating, a Coolhaus truck, and giveaways for children and families who take part in Children's Institute's trauma- informed programs and services. In attendance: -- Chudney Ross, owner of Books and Cookies LA -- Maxwell Simkims and Elie Samouhi, Disney Channel's Bizaardvark Nearly 150 volunteers including groups from The Colleagues, Freya Zhou Group, Harvard Westlake, Junior League of Los Angeles, Just Keep Livin Foundation, KidFocus, Kids4CII, L.A. Works, Les Amies, Loyola High School, UCLA Latino Alumni Association, William H. -- Hannon Library and Loyola Marymount University. This event is not open to the general public.
