NetFortris Awarded the 2020 Excellence Award by INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine

The NetFortris Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution was recognized for helping a manufacturer quickly and seamlessly enable all administrative staff to work from home when the COVID-19 lockdowns hit in March 2020. NetFortris migrated more than 100 endpoints from a central campus to home offices across a state.

The manufacturers' employees were able to access their NetFortris office communications and collaboration tools at home through the NetFortris HUD communications app and either a softphone app or their office desk phone, which plugs in for use at home. As a result, inbound phone orders continued to come in without interruption or the need for complicated rerouting of calls. HUD also allowed remote operational personnel to maintain tight communication with onsite warehouse and manufacturing staff.
