Atlanta Housing to Celebrate Groundbreaking of Englewood Senior

New affordable housing project will house independent seniors aged 62 and older

     What:    Atlanta Housing (AH) and The Benoit Group to host groundbreaking of Englewood Senior, marking the start of construction for
               a new affordable housing project for independent seniors aged 62 and older.



              Englewood Senior will be located in the Chosewood Park neighborhood, in proximity to Zoo Atlanta, Grant Park, and the
               Atlanta BeltLine.



              The affordable housing project will reserve 160 units for residents earning at or below 60 percent of the HUD Area Median
               income (AMI), and will include HomeFlex vouchers provided by Atlanta Housing.
