Extended Description

Following a restricted procedure competitive procurement process, the University awarded a contract for Facilities Services to Noonan Services Group (UK) Ltd - (Noonan) in 2019.

The contract was for the provision of facilities services, including security services, car parking management, porterage, mail/inter campus delivery and cleaning services.

Modifications

The contract for Facilities Services with Noonan Services Group (UK) Limited commenced on 1 August 2019, for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend the contract for up to 24 months.

The University published a Modification Notice 2022/S 075-206350 on 15 April 2022 which increased the original contract value from £23,919,979.32 to £25,219,202.16.

The University published a Modification Notice 2023/S 042-123256 on 28 February 2023 which increased the modified contract value from £25,219,202.16 to £26 999 399.00.

There is a requirement to further modify the contract and this is set out in further detail in Section VII.2.1) below.
