Top garage (Block B) Roof previously demolished. Concrete to be broken out, crushed and re-used.

Retaining walls to be constructed to retain slope

Workshop (Block C) 2 storey workshop/weld shop to be demolished

Access temporary access route provided. Section requires suitable fill material

Ramp concrete access ramp and columns to be demolished

Tank One underground fuel tank to be emptied and removed.

Offices (Block A) Offices to be retained and refurbished

Tank above ground fuel tank to be removed.

Salt store To be demolished

Security kiosk to be demolished

Car park tarmacadam to be removed. Possible temporary space for salt store

Wash bay to be demolished

Street cleaning bay
