Reconstruction of residences after Bukta Bedsit Block was demolished this year (2018). The bedsits were earmarked for drug and alcohol abusers and consisted of 12 co-located bedsit flats with communal areas and a personnel base.
The new service offer can consist of several buildings with up to two storeys, but must include:
— 8 two- room flats,
— communal areas,
— personnel facilities — adapted for a good working environment,
— adapted outside area,
— sheds,
— parking,
— water, sewage and surface water.
The residences must be built with a view to flexibility for health services. Health and welfare service/follow-up must be taken into consideration.
The organisation of the residential units, communal areas, and personnel rooms are very significant for the building's functionality. The draft proposal will be subject to an evaluation based on judgement.
