JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Design-Build (DB) Contractor shall design and construct a minimum of 26, 3- bedroom dwelling units and an Area Distribution Node (ADN) for telecommunications distribution located at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA), Republic of the Marshall Islands. The DB Contractor shall demolish 34 abandoned housing units in six buildings at the Army Family Housing site at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands.
ACQUISITION INFORMATION:

This acquisition is proceeding as unrestricted.

Estimated magnitude of the construction project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

Estimated Period of Performance for Construction is 24 months.

This Procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 236115. The size standard for this code is $36.5M.

It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 26 July 2019, for downloading at the Government's
website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. The specific due date and time for receipt of proposals will be identified in the solicitation.
