Safran confirme vouloir racheter Zodiac, mais à un prix diminué
Le groupe aéronautique Safran a confirmé mercredi son intention de racheter l'équipementier Zodiac Aerospace mais a revu son offre à la baisse pour tenir compte des difficultés persistantes que rencontre le spécialiste des sièges d'avions.
