New software development and operations center will support increasing global demand for Certent's financial compliance and reporting solutions
PLEASANTON, Calif., Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Certent, Inc., a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for equity compensation and financial disclosure management today announced the opening of a new office in Bucharest, Romania.
The brand new, modern workspace is in the heart of Bucharest and officially opens on November 1(st), 2017. This expansion enables Certent to better support global financial and disclosure reporting teams and deliver enhanced compliance solutions for regulatory reporting mandates such as Solvency II, COREP/ FINREP, EMSA, and IFRS. Staffed by teams grounded in innovative agile software development methodologies, the new Bucharest office will accelerate product development and further fuel the company's growth.
