Mayor Harp To Visit Elm City Innovation Collaborative's Summer Showcase

NEW HAVEN, Conn., June 25, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On Tuesday, June 26, 2018, Mayor Toni N. Harp will join Legislators, Alders and representatives from the Elm City Innovation Collaborative (ECIC) at the ECIC Summer Showcase at The District, 470 James Street, New Haven.

With over 14 projects funded by ECIC in the first year, the Showcase, a community open-house, will celebrate New Haven as a magnet for talent, innovation and start-ups. The event will include opportunities to experience interactive displays featuring participating organizations and discuss them with Project Leads and participants.

Made up of serial entrepreneurs, university partners, local co-working organizations, and representatives of Mayor Harp, the Elm City Innovation Collaborative is the local planning group for CTNext's "Innovation Places" program, which supports the vibrant, talent-rich urban places that spark growth in the new economy.
