Mail.Ru Group Limited (MAIL.IL, hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Group"), one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking Internet market, today releases unaudited IFRS results and segment financial information for the three and six months ended 30 June 2018.

- Three months ended 30 June 2018 - Q2 2018 Group aggregate segment revenue grew 30.2% Y-o-Y to RUR 17,077 million. - Q2 2018 Group aggregate segment EBITDA declined 13.3% Y-o-Y to RUR 3,659 million. - Including one-off non-cash impairment charge of RUR 1,698 million Q2 2018 Group aggregate net profit declined 76.4% Y-o-Y to RUR 633 million.
