(OTCQB: CYIG) (the "Company") today announced that it plans to hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 (the "Meeting") at 10:00 a.m. Beijing time on October 8, 2018, which is 10:00 p.m. EDT on October 7, 2018. Stockholders who owned shares of common stock the Company as of the close of business on August 24, 2018, the record date, will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.
The Meeting will be held at the Company's headquarter located at: Economic Development Zone, Gucheng Road, Sishui County, Shandong Province, 373200, P.R. China.
