BOSTON, Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Northern Light® today announced it has secured EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework certification from the U.S. Department of Commerce. The certification assures Northern Light SinglePoint(TM) customers of compliance with the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, the new law regulating how companies protect EU citizens' personal data, when transferring personal data from the EU to the United States.
