Springhouse Compliance Enhances Compliance Education Platform with Gamification

Financial institution professionals who log into the FiHub system can now take daily and weekly quizzes to earn coins that can be redeemed for prizes and gift cards in the FiHub Marketplace.
Completing a daily quiz correctly earns a participant an extra life that can come in handy when competing in the eight question Friday Final where everyone who answers all of the questions correctly splits the weekly allotment of coins. Questions are comprised of 50% general trivia and 50% compliance-related knowledge.
"Compliance officers have to complete a lot of training to stay up-to-date with all of the latest regulations changes, said Starr Largin, president of Springhouse Compliance. "So we thought, why not make it a little fun and reward them for their learning efforts?" she said.
The trivia component is funded by Springhouse Compliance and not the institutions who subscribe to the company's FiHub solution.

Upon completing the course and passing the associated short quiz, attendees will receive a certificate of completion and CRCM credits.
